ABOUT DR. GLASSER

Education

Dr. Glasser did his professional studies at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, after completing undergraduate studies at the Ohio State University.

Expertise

Having practiced in Washington, DC since 1976, Dr. Glasser's expertise has been sought by such media groups as ABC-TV, NBC-TV, CNN, The Washington Post, Washingtonian Magazine, as well as the Vision Council of America, the US Drug Enforcement Agency and the American Automobile Association.

Dr. Glasser has been recognized, by his profession, as practicing to the highest standards of excellence by being named as a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, by being named one of the nation's "Best and Brightest" in the eye care field by "20/20 Magazine", and by being named "Optometrist of the Year" by the Optometric Society of the District of Columbia in 1995.

Lectures and Presentations

Dr. Glasser lectures nationally and is a consultant in the field of Computer Ergonomics, which is the study of the individual working in a computer-using environment. His presentations have taken him from Alaska to Florida, speaking before professionals, professional organizations and office staffs alike.
